Return & Exchange Policy
At OpenRose Gallery, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our preserved roses. Due to the bespoke nature of our arrangements, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please email openrosegallery@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue so we can promptly assist you.
